Fitness philosophy: Consistency is key! It doesn’t matter what you do as long as you do it on a regular basis, get your heart rate up and find exercises you enjoy! Running is great but only if you enjoy running! Find something that works for you.
Favourite food: I love food! I am a life long vegetarian so for me it’s all about Mediterranean dishes (especially Italian and Greek). I do love a home cooked roast though!
Your favourite exercise: Inside: Spin. Outside: Hiking (with my very energetic spaniel) and skiing.
Favourite workout playlist/music: Loud house music
