What inspired you to work in health and fitness career?
During my dance diploma I found a love for fitness and taking care of myself with a more holistic approach after coming from a such a competitive background.
Happy with what you see + Happy with how you feel = A more confident and fulfilled life. Physical and mental benefits come from a simple equation of exercise.
I always get asked…
Luckily women have become more confident in the weights area of the gym which is so amazing to see, so I’m not asked this question as often…
But when I’m asked ‘if I lift weights, will I look too muscular?’, I say, ‘it’s extremely hard for women to gain size so if you desire a toned and sculpted physique then weight training is essential’.
When I’m not working or working out, I love:
Taking myself to Cornwall to see family during breaks from renovating my house. I don’t have much free time at the moment because of this so Cornwall is a great escape!
