Every year, the university and Student’s Union run Feel Good February, a month full of health and wellbeing activities and events for students and staff alike. With 200 events happening across all UWE Bristol campuses, there’s something for everyone and you’ll definitely find an activity to get you moving and you guessed it… feeling good!
Activities range from ‘physical’ and ‘feel good’ to ‘wellbeing’ and ‘healthy eating’, allowing you to try new experiences within all aspects of a healthy lifestyle.
As an added bonus, there is also a loyalty scheme where points mean prizes and the more activities you attend, the greater chance you have of winning .
UWE Sport are hosting some of the physical activities and events this year, including exercise classes and social sport, all of which gain you ‘feel good’ points to add to your loyalty card.
How to get involved?
- Pick up your loyalty card from B, D and Q block, the Students’ Union office, Onezone, Street Café, Starbucks and the Library.
- Attend any of the Feel Good February events around the university.
- Don’t forget to get your card stamped and return it to the ‘Loyalty Card Drop Off Boxes’ before Sunday 5 March 2017.
