Out with the old and in with the new! Through significant university investment, the gym equipment and facilities at both the Centre for Sport and Wallscourt Farm will be completely upgraded and updated with the latest equipment and technology from Life Fitness this summer. Enhancing your customer experience and bringing your workout to life, some of the new kit includes:

• Cardio equipment with Discover SE consoles that allow you to link to your mobile and offer entertainment options, enhanced interaction, internet connectivity and much more
• Synergy Rig which provides a dynamic workout space for individual, group and class use
• Boditrax console so you can get accurate measurements of body composition in a secure and discreet way
• Increased shock absorbency flooring to reduce impact and noise
• 16 new spin bikes for the studio and fitness on demand software

There will unfortunately be some disruption to our normal service however a temporary gym is still open for members in the sports hall and we will of course strive to provide you with an excellent service during this time and thank you for your understanding.
